Hello,

Suspending cell cycle means that cell will not undergo cell division further. But there are chances a cell that have entered g0 phase may undergo cell cycle. 

For example, in order to replace dead cells in a cut or wound a neighbouring cell which is in g0 phase will undergo cell division.

hence cells in g0 phase only exit the dividing phase.They dont suspend it..
