It does not matter much. As most of the criteria that are being asked by the management colleges are matching in your case,  that is need to score 50 percent or above in (10+2+3) from well established institues. And Cfa level 2 and 1 year of work ek will add advantage to you during the time of placement. However, For the drop from hotel management and graduation health issue you need  to justicify your answer well in your personal interviews for placement.
