Yes dear a confirmation mail is sent to the email you provided while registration. If you haven't received one kindly check the email you submitted it might be incorrect (special emphasis should be given about the spelling and syntax or any unnecesary letters may have been added which you have overlooked).
Or it might be possible that your form won't have been submitted due to internet issues.
