Yes, CBSE will give grace marks in the year of 2020 but grace marks is only applicable for difficult questions in exam.As per Moderation or grace marks having certain rules Like-

If the Questions paper very top or difficult to attend , on these  scenario student will grant up to 15% extra marks in same paper.
