Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you no implementation of NEP will not take this much time as per reports and plans government has decided to implement it as soon as possible it may take some time but deadline is around 2022 mid till then fully implemented NEP will be given.

As per Government there are no such information available. Now if you think of it. If the implementation will start from class 1 then the student will reach to graduation after 15-16 years. So to get it applied yeah! Atleast 15-16 years will be required to implement the policy in every level of the system.
