Paper for particular shift will be same
.There are total of 8 shifts there are 8 different question paper for particular January session.For example On 8th January in evening shift there are some students which are giving exam then all the students in that shift have same question paper.

But sequence of option in mcq can be different because the paper is computer based test .if your exam is after 1 or 2 day from starting Jee mains papers then you can solve those papers and can get idea.

No,each one will not have unique paper.In the previous years,there were 4 codes(code A,B,C,D) which referred to four different sets of question paper.You may get any one from the four.The difficulty level of the four papers will be almost the same.You will have four different papers for a particular scheduled slot and these number of codes may increase or decrease based on NTA.
