EWS is for those Candidates who belong to General Category and whose annual income is less than 8 lakhs per annum. There are 2 Acts that we need to mention in this answer. One is Jammu and Kashmir Reservation Act 2004 which provides reservation to ST,SC and OBCs. Under OBCs, ALC and RBA are also included. OSC also falls under OBC. Now we have the merit list for NEET 2019 and you can check that at: https://www.jkbopee.gov.in/Pdf/Downloader.ashx?nid=6449&type=n . Out of 800 MBBS seats, 18% are reserved for OBCs under RBA, ALC and OSC. That is roughly 144 seats. And EWS has approximately 80 seats overall. You cannot be eligible for both RBA and EWS Category at the same time. EWS is for Candidates belonging to General Category and RBA is for Candidates belonging to OBC Category of Jammu and Kashmir.
