AIIMS cutoff will be based on a number of factors like the availability of seats, previous years’ cutoffs, exam’s difficulty levels, number of candidates appearing for the exam etc. The expected (2019) minimum qualifying marks that you need to determine your eligibility is as follows -

General - 100

OBC/OBC OPH - 90

SC/ST/SC OPH/ ST OPH - 80

Similarly, the expected (2019) percentiles for are as follows -

General - 99.9862634

SC/ST - 93.6505421

OBC (NCL) - 97.0117712

AIIMS NEW DELHI CUTOFF -

General - 99.9862634 (53 rank)

OBC - 99.9408272 (236 rank)

SC - 99.7160692 (1081 rank)
