Yes , sure you are allowed to have henna in your hands it's not a restriction as its boards right not National level entrance. After going through the guidelines make sure their is no such rule. As for now when it's time for exam it will fade away or you can wash thoroughly with soap incase their is some problems in future.

The following are the rules you must see before entering the hall:

• Make sure to reach 30 minutes before the exam.
• Students are required to wear their school uniform. For private candidates, season appropriate clothes are recommended.
• Students are required to carry their CBSE Roll Number or Admit cards. Admission without admit cards is not allowed, under any circumstances.
• As for items allowed, students can carry their geometry box, pencil box/pouch, a writing board as well as water bottles. Please note, all the items allowed must be transparent (see through) material.
