Counselling for neet 2019 has already begun for this year for various government and non government medical colleges.

Go for counselling and see if there is a chance for you to get a seat. Meanwhile go through previous year's cut off for required college, if your current score is somewhere in that range, you do have a chance. With your category rank and state rank, you have a good chance to get a college. Don't worry much. Hope for the best.
