With 310 marks in NEET, it is very difficult to get a private MBBS college in Madhya Pradesh. The cut-offs for private medical colleges in MP are usually much higher, even for reserved categories.
You may try for BDS (dental) colleges or consider taking a drop and preparing for next year.
