Permanent resident of the Andhra Pradesh can only apply for residence certificate.

Residents of last seven years in Andhra Pradesh are eligible to obtain residence certificate.

If your parents have domicile certificate of ap then it is easy to get for you.

You can submit your 12th class certificate along with parents certificate forfyourDomicile certificate.
