No, you are not eligible to get full fee reimbursement if you opt for internal sliding in second year of your Engineering. You must pursue the same course for the entire duration of your study and you must maintain minimum 75% attendance in every semester. If you change your branch in second year then the full fee reimbursement will get cancelled.
