Your CRL is somewhat high so getting a seat in any good college is difficult. In CSAB Special round all the vacant seats are filled . So the number of seats are less. Moreover many students with good rank wait for this round to get into their desired college. You may get a seat but not in the best colleges. You can get lower ranked NITs if we consider previous year cutoffs. So you can try.
