With a 77,000 rank in any pharmacy entrance exam (presumably for EAMCET/NEET or a state-level exam), I don't think it would be possible to get a top-quality Pharma D college through the government quota. You will likely be able to get a seat in private colleges or management quota seats, specifically in Tier 2 or Tier 3 colleges. Also, consideration depends on your category (OC, SC, ST, OBC), state, and cutoff trends for that year. I think it would be good to go for counseling and look at colleges with a little lower cutoffs. Always keep backup options, you can also consider B. Pharmacy if the options for Pharma D are low. These are the possible colleges you might get:
