No. Only TFWS seats alloted during CAP rounds will get benefit of it.

Hi dada ,I want to ask you that if I applied for tfws and ews, if there are 2tfws seats and they get full so will I don't get any seat in that college ?please reply its so important for me please

Thanks for asking the question. Yes, you can apply for both TFWS and EWS. If the TFWS seats get filled in, you may still get the admission through EWS or a general (or your) category seat if it's available.
