Well, I haven't hear about that anywhere you have to go to school to take admit card , and about exam center is there option for you to choose center during form filling  I think no, so you as well not able to change your exam center .you have to go to the provided address .

Hey, thank you for contacting us. For the admit card of CBSE improvement Exam for class 12th, you will have to download it from the link. Since you have already mentioned that you have got your admit card from the website, just download it and print it out. You may get it by post, but you don't need to worry about it. You can use the printed out admit card too. Since the admit card has already been released changing of location may not be possible. I hope this helped.
