There is no requirement in the official site that prevents you from writing the AIBE even after practicing law or signing up as an advocate. More details:

Dates of Application: 27 May-16 July 2020
Date of exam: 16 August 2020
Exam Pattern: 100 MCQ questions, 3.5 hours, 100 marks
Syllabus: Family law, Constitutional Law, IPC, CRPC,Criminal Law, Cyber law,Evidence Act etc
Eligibility: Completed LLB from a recognized institution
