IPM (Integrated Programme in Management is a five years Course offers by Institutions like IIM Rohtak, IIM Indore and IIM Jammu. To get a job in bank or to become an investment banker, you must have a background from finance like BBA (Bachelor's of Business Administration) finance, B.Com Hons, MBA (Master's of Business Administration) finance or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

But you can still join banking jobs after doing IPM. In Campus placement round, if you get selected by some bank then you can have a job in Banks. And you will get a lot of opportunities in campus placement if you choose to pursue IPM. Here's the list of recruiters for IPM graduates-

But it's not easy to crack IPMAT (Integrated Programme in Management Aptitude Test) exam. You must have passed 12th with minimum 60 percent in order to be eligible for IPMAT.
