Will it be compulsory for candidates to wear a mask while taking the CLAT? I know that carrying a mask inside and wearing it till you are seated is necessary, but can we remove them once we begin taking the test?

hello,

WHat is the issue in wearing that. it is for your safety. it will better not to remove and give the exam. if you still feel uneasy then ask the invigilator who will be present in the hall or while entering into the hall.

Follow the guidelines as it is your health at your own risk. It is a matter of few  hours. sometimes, it is important to take up pain for few time to make your performance well and keep your health safe.

Hope it helps!

Dear Sonali, Thanks so much for the response. The issue with me wearing a mask while attempting is that i get short of breath and that affects my reading speed, which in CLAT is of utmost importance. However, your answer was of great value to me :)
