Hey Nitesh, if you're getting telecommunication engineering at MS Ramaiah then you should probably take it. In my opinion, you might not get a better option at your rank.
The telecommunication department in MS Ramaiah has good faculties which is very important. They are very helpful. Placement wise, it's good but a lot depends on you. Companies like Ericsson usually come.
