Hey !

According to JOSAA guidelines 2019 , if you choose to withdraw your options  , then you will get a refund of your acceptance fee after a deduction of Rs.1000.

You can choose to withdraw your options by not reporting at the reporting centre and loggin into the online portal. Once you are alloted a seat , then you will not get any penny back. You can claim for refund by logging onto the online portal of JOSAA.

Hope it helps!
