Will my marks be deducted if I write only the correct option beside the question number in the MCQ part of the CBSE theory paper and not the full statement of the correct answer?

Hi anushka,

There is no such mentions related to the question asked by you about the marking criteria of CBSE.

See, it completely depends upon the examiner.  If the examiner doesn't mind what you have written in MCQ or you just have only marked the correct option.

There are very high chances that your marks will be deducted because only options is not enough you need to write the answer as well.

But still just wait and pray for the best.

Hope this information will help you.  Revert in case of any query.

Thank you and very good luck:)
