Hi your application most likely will not be rejected if you have only uploaded the thumb impression and not fingerprints.

However, you may face issues during the biometric verification process on the exam day. As on exam day, candidates fingerprints and thumb prints both are matched with the filled details. In such case, you might not be allowed to sit in the exam hall.
