The OBC certificate issued by the central government of India is valid for only 1 year. So if your certificate was issued on 31st August 2020 it will be valid till 31st August 2021.

The NEET counseling takes about 2-3 months to complete. So, your certificate will not be valid anymore at that time.

I request to apply for a new OBC certificate as soon as possible.
