we have no information as of now about the postponement of NEET examination , NEET examination is scheduled to be held in 13 september 2020 , however correction window of NEET is extended till 20 july 2020 @5pm, admit card will be released right before 15 days of the exam

As for now there is no chance as its already too late. Mostly it will be conducted as per schedule that is on September 13th 2020. National Testing Agency will conduct the NEET 2020 exam on September 13, 2020, in pen and paper-based mode. NTA has extended the correction window facility for NEET 2020 application form till July 20.  Please click the below link to know more.

There are less chances of NEET examination again being postponed. However, if the COVID-19 situation becomes worse than the current situation, then it may again get postponed. But it is less likely because postponing it again will create a further delay in college admissions and some private colleges have already started admission, so it is less likely that the exam will get further postponed.
