No, as per the recent notifications July 20th was the last date to register for JEE-Main 2021 session 4 so unfortunately you cannot register yourselves for JEE-Main 2021 now because it is already July 23rd and the registration process for JEE-Main 2021 session-4 got over on July 20th. So now you have to wait for next year.
