Well, AIIMS has this official rule of not disclosing it's examination papers in the internet or publishing them as books.
All the books namely MTG, Arihant and all with so called 'Previous year AIIMS's paper Solved' are actually a plethora of questions which appeared in the AIIMS exam and the examiness could keep it in their mind and then recollecting it to post it anywhere else.
So, the answer to your question stands No.
