JMI Mass communication Entrance exam is for admission in Post Graduate courses. They do have a Bachelor's of Art course in Mass media for Mass comm aspirants. To apply, you have to fill the application form first which is available on the official website of Jamia Millia Islamia. The examination that the students have to write to is the JMI entrance test. Since this course is in Hindi, the eligibility criteria is a minimum of 50% in Hindi. Good luck.

Usually they ask you for your board exam roll number or the admit card if the registrations close way before the declaration of the result.
