May be, the cuts offs are yet to be anounced by the official Jee Mains councel as the cut off may depend upon various factors like number of applicants fill the form, number of applicants finally appeared in the exam, number of questions asked in the exam, difficulty level of the exam, performance of the candidate, previous year's cut offs trends so it's hard to tell what will be the cut off for general and other categories this year all we can do is to wait till the results and cut offs are out.
