Hey Sumit,
All the colleges accept the improvement results of CBSE board including the IIIT Hyderabad as well.
Only condition is you have to score either 75% marks or be in top 20 percentile. It doesn't matter if you have fulfilled the criteria by giving improvement. It will be obviously accepted.
