Hi, The counselling forms are separate for all. You can specify the college name if any you want to know about?

but if cbse will send the score list of students.
then what is the point of filling forms? basically I am talking about j&k and hp government state colleges?

This is the process dear.
You will have to apply in the colleges you are interested in through your NEET score.
The applications are separate.
