No , dates for NEET correction window has not been extended so you cannot use correction window now for making corrections .

The correction window of the NEET application form was opened on January 15, 2020 and was available till January 31 , 2020 which has already passed, so you cannot correct your mistakes now if you have made any while filling the neet application form.
