Yes, the questions that have not been answered but marked as review will be considered for evaluation. They will be considered as unattempted if you have not selected any option. If you have selected an option as an answer and also marked for review, then also they will be evaluated as it will be considered attempted. so, whatever questions you have answered will be evaluated regardless of whether you mark it for review or not.

No Sejal , unfortunately such answers which are marked as review in the JEE mains entrance exam are not be taken as consideration for the evaluation. Only your final opted answer will be evaluated and based upon that your rank will be given on the AIR basis on the platform for reserved & unreserved category.

That question would not be considered 

In evaluation,it would consider as attempted

Question , you will not get marks for those question not loose marks if there is negative marking .
