There are no chance sfor 3rd round of Comedk 2019 counselling as there is no notification regarding 3rd round on official website. And, second round counselling procedure will end on 31 July 2019.

I'm really sorry but no there won't be any third round for COMEDK counseling. Although you can go for the 2nd round and try your luck because the students who upgrade there seats leave a seat behind vacant, which can be occupied by you, this is called a virtually vacant seat. So you can talk to the authorities about the virtually vacant seat and the counseling date for these
