There are high chances that JEE 2022 will have four attempts but nothing concrete can be said as NTA can change things as they did in 2021.
Right now you should not worry about the number of attempts, rather focus on your preparation. Even if there are four attempts you can take your first attempt very seriously and give your best in it as competition is likely to be less in the first attempt as compared to other attempts.
