If its a permanent tattoo then it will trouble you in the examination. try to wear your clothing such that the tattoo will be not  visible to the security or examination department. try to cover the tattoo by using some make up products. The only way to escape is hiding the tattoo as National Test agency strictly prohibits tattoo , where the invigilator has the right to dismiss student from exam if tattoo is found.
