will there be any problem if I mistakenly filled wrong class 12 marks in neet counseling?

Hope you are doing well.

If you have filled wrong marks, and also uploaded the 12th class marksheet because they ask you to upload 12th class marksheet too, then there can be a problem.

However if your PCB aggregate is less than

General---50%
Sc/St/Obc----- 40%
Gen-Pwd ------- 45%

But you have entered more marks, then they will reject your application.
But we can't say with any surity these are only some of the conditions which can occur probably.
Sometimes they don't see much and no problem will be created.
If correction window opens, you can correct your details. I would suggest you to do this
