No , your neet 2020 examination will not have assertion reasoning and gk questions.
The examination question paper pattern of neet examination is still the same, you will have 180 mcqs in total i.e 90 mcqs from biology, 45 from Physics and 45 from chemistry and also  syllabus of neet examination is still the same .
