Hii Abhishek.

Yes there will be percentile in the MHT-CET replacing the score given till the last year.

The Percentile gives us the little idea about around which rank one will get and it is useful.
The student with 100 percentile will certainly know that he stood first in the exam.
And this years the exam is online for the first time.
So, you should have known about the atmosphere while giving mains.
So it will also be same.

Yes, because exam is held over a period of many days and due to that there are chances of variations in difficultly level
