Hello!

To be eligible to give KVPY exam you need to have completed Class X examination with 75% (65% for SC/ST/PWD) aggregate marks in mathematics and science subjects and have enrolled in Class XI.

The syllabus includes topics from Class X and Class XI. However, if one observes  the question from previous years then most of the topics are from class 10th syllabus but you also need to have  basic knowledge related to class 11th syllabus to clear this exam.

Here are the eligibility criteria for the students to appear for the KVPY SA stream examination-

1. Students who have enrolled in Class 11 admission with Science subjects during the year 2021-22 are eligible for KVPY SA stream.

2. According to KVPY 2021 eligibility criteria, he/she must have secured a minimum of 75% (65% for SC/ST/PWD) marks in maths and science subjects in class 10 exams.
