A score a 240 is a bit low score to get into top BE courses. If you want to get into top branches like Computer Science Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering then you need to score more than 340 marks to get into any of the BITS campuses.

With your score you can get B.Pharm in BITS Pilani and BITS Hyderabad campus. You have likely chances to get Chemical Engineering and Civil Engineering in BITS Hyderabad as the previous year's cutoff for the same was 240 marks.

If you are not interested in any of the above courses and as the admissions in BITS is done only with BITSAT scores, I suggest you to try for other colleges with required entrance exams.
