Hello aspirant , well with 381 marks in NEET 2019 it is difficult to get a seat in Goverment Medical Colleges . The cutoff has gone high and to hear a seat through OBC quota as well you need to score 430+ . You can try for private colleges, in Karnataka there are good private colleges . This year for Government colleges OBC candidate need to have a score of something around 440 .
