Dear Nandini, in 2018, under SC Category, 420 marks secured seats in 2 colleges under State Quota. 420 marks was the cut off. Having said that cut off changes every year and is dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So you have to aim for atleast 450 marks to have a Government Medical Seat under SC Category.

For you reference, here are the cut offs for various GMCs in Odisha:

SCB Medical College: 466
MKCG Medical College: 443
Veer Surendra Sai Institute of Medical Sciences: 442
Pandit Raghunath Medical College: 431
SLN Medical College: 420
GMC, Balangir: 426
GMC, Balasore: 420
