Unfortunately, it's very difficult for you to get a government college, because CSE is the most in-demand course in Engineering, and for government colleges the cut-off ends at above 95 percentile general category. So instead you should try for private local colleges, because you'd be wasting your efforts otherwise. You may still apply, but as I said, there's a huge difference between the cut-offs and your score. All the best! Hope you get what you want.
