see there is various types of college, tier 1 , tier 2 etc, however which colleges comes under tier 1 colleges it is really difficult to get admission in bachelors courses while scoring less than 80 percentage, you did not mention about any particular colleges or state, but I would suggest you to apply various colleges , do not stick to only 3-4 colleges , now it depends on number of applicants, seat matrix, students category. so lets see whats come around.
