First of all, are you sure that you have the minimum marks for qualifying JEE Advanced? Well... I don't think you may get in any old IIT for a core branch. You can try for a new IIT. And, the category reservation can be of help.

based on your marks it is very hard to predict very early whether you will be able to get into any of the IIT's or not ,please wait for your Rankings and OBC rankings as well so that u can get a good idea of previous years cuttoff partially based on which you can predict your results as cuttoff varies every year baesd on number of students applied.
