Your chances appear to be low at this percentile, and while category rank would help, Nit and IIIT have extremely high cutoffs that change year to year. Chances are slim due to the high degree of competition for top branches and institutions.

However, if you have a home state quota in any new Nit, particularly in the north eastern Nit, you can wait until the final round of counselling, which occurs after Jossa counselling.
