With 90 Percentile in JEE mains, your rank would be around 90k to 95k. It is a very high rank. You have no chances of getting aseat in NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. If you have reservation, then you might get some lower branches in some NITs and IIITs. But still your chances are very low.
You can go for some top private engineering colleges in India which offer great amount of scholarship for JEE mains qualifiers. With your rank you can get some good scholarship.
