There are three govt medical colleges in Punjab under neet and all three have a cut off below 540 previous year. If the previous year's trend continues this year then you can choose whatever College you want provided that you have the domicile for Punjab because this is state quota cut off.

For AIQ general category, the cut off was below 575 previous year.
